We’ve developed a brand-new version of mooDating built on modern technologies such as Laravel and Vue.js, delivering better performance, scalability, and a more advanced user experience.
To ensure a smooth transition, we will continue supporting the current version for the next year (2027). During this period, no major new features will be added, as our focus shifts to the new platform.
To make upgrading as easy as possible, we provide a dedicated migration tool that allows you to import your existing user data from the old platform into the new version. This helps you retain your user base and move forward without starting from scratch.
Our goal is to give you a seamless upgrade path so you can confidently transition to the new system and take advantage of its latest improvements.
Below are steps to migrate:
Login to admin panel of the new version -> go to users -> Manage users
Click on “Import users from mooDating” button to open the popup
You need to enter the database info of old mooDating site version and then connect it. If connect successfully, you can start import. The system will run at background and you can check status by click on the “Import users from mooDating” button again to see.
